Main responsibilities include: Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing computer and hand-held systems, hardware and software; documenting processes, performing upgrades, and assisting with Technology projects. Qualified candidates must possess experience in connectivity to Microsoft Servers, along with hardware and software support for company workstations, printers and hand-held devices.  Knowledge of Windows XP/Windows 7 Workstation and Microsoft Office needed.  Prior experience in supporting Bank applications is a must, with extra consideration given to those experienced in OnBase, Navigator and BlackBerry. A+ and Network+ Certifications are preferred. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to respond in a fast paced environment, and excellent interpersonal skills. (AM)

This position will direct the daily operations and business development of the Retail Banking operations for First PREMIER® Bank’s Northern Division.  This will include Watertown, Lake Norden, Castlewood and Kranzburg. This position will direct establishment of branch and individual staff goals. This position will also monitor loan portfolio quality, assist with past due loans as needed, and monitor sales activities at branch locations by reviewing individual production reports and consulting bankers. The successful candidate must possess working knowledge of Retail Banking processes and procedures, and be familiar with Business Banking, Ag Banking, Mortgage Banking, Investments and Operations processes and procedures.  Previous branch management experience necessary or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.  Candidates must have the ability to obtain Life and Health licenses.

PREMIER Bankcard is looking for a Technology Security Administrator.  This person will perform duties in Security Administration, Network and Systems Auditing, Documentation, Incident Response, etc.  This position will be responsible for working close with other Administrators (Network, Windows and PC) to assure the integrity of security configurations, procedures and best practices.  Additional responsibilities include the recommendation of security controls to ensure the appropriate level of protection and adherence to the overall information security strategy.

Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience managing projects and project teams.  The ability to balance best practices with business objectives is required.  Candidate should be versed in firewall, network, proxy, email filtering, VPN, IDS/IPS systems, DLP, SecurID, Cryptography, with familiarity with ISO27001/ISO27002, PCI-DSS, NIST, ITIL, etc.  Additionally, experience drafting and implementing security policies, standards and procedures is desired.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Information Systems is preferred. Must have good practical experience in information security and well rounded knowledge of IT. Must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience.  Microsoft MCSA, CCNA helpful. GSEC, SSCP, or Security+ certification preferred.  CISSP and/or CISA certification strongly preferred.
