Festival of Tables
Thursday, March 22nd
The 1st Festival of Tables was a GREAT success last year. Volunteers will be needed to help ensure our 2012 event is a smashing success. Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve the meal, serve beverages and help set up and tear down. Come be a part of the this fun “fun”d raiser and see some great entertainment and amazing decorated tables.
Times needed: 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. (approximately)
Spring Belgian Waffle Breakfast!
Sunday, March 25th
Volunteers are needed to help with this scrumptious fundraiser. Early morning volunteers to help set up and bring in waffle supplies are needed. Volunteers to help bus tables, manage the syrup table, serve sausages and take tickets are all needed.
3rd Annual Money Matters All-day Forum
Thursday, April 5th
This educational event needs volunteers to help with registration, serve refreshments and “man” informational tables.
Shifts for registration table: 8:15 – 11:00 a.m., 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Refreshment volunteers: 8:15 – 11:00 a.m.

15th Annual Active Living Expo
Thursday, May 3rd
This the Activity Departments main fund raiser for the year to help support programs and activities. Volunteers are need all -day long for this event which includes over 65 vendor booths, free food events, entertainment each hour. Volunteer needs include; greeters, booth hospitality runners, food servers, and more!
